3 more days to Hari Raya. 2 more days of fasting. To tell you the truth, I am not really that excited about this. I am not sure why. Maybe I should just take that day as a form of celebration to the 1 month of me fasting. Anyway it is a once in a year thing so might as well just make the best out of it and enjoy myself. The weight of the green packets I am going to get is going to e lighter than a feather, I guess. Before that day comes, we need to clean the house ! I dare say that I did a lot in helping out. Painting the rooms, wipe the windows, etc. You just name it, I have done it. Since most of us are busy, we got to make a little time in helping out in the house. Everyone chips in their time a little bit.
Firstly, I got to say congrats to Fernando Alonso in getting 1st place earlier on in the Singapore Grand Prix. First time in Formula 1 history - night race. I really did not expect him to get first place. Most would prefer Lewis Hamilton but to me, Felipe Massa was my choice. He got the fastest timing in the qualifying round. On the other hand, I prefer the Team
McLaren than Team
Ferrari. I wanted to watch it there,on the track, live. Smell the burnt tyres. Hear the loud roaring engines. But...oh well. So anyway, here's the top 5 race result..
1st - Fernando Alonso
2nd - Nico Rosberg
3rd - Lewis Hamilton4th - Timo Glock5th - Sebastian VettelFernando Alonso stays at 14th position in the first few laps but manage to squeeze through the other racers. I guess the safety car did help a lot. I could not agree more with thte drivers that the Singapore track is bumpy. The highlight of the race, to me, is when Felipe Massa was entering the pit and while the mechanics were doing their jobs. 7.5 secs. Massa drove off AND the fuel hose still attached to his Ferrari !!! Damn !! The funny part was one of the mechanics was being pulled together with the hose when the Ferrari moves and the mechanic kind of flew a short distance. So from 1st spot move to 18th. -_-'' . What a pity. The other partner for Ferrari, Kimi Raikkonen, also had a disaster. He went a little too much on the turn and hit the concrete. I did not really concentrate much on Lewis Hamilton. At least he is in the top 5. The young kid on the track, that is who I am watching. Sebastian Vettel from Team Toro Rosso. From the 10th position he managed to get 5th in the end. To me, that is already a good achievement. Watch out Sebastian! I am going to beat you and be the next youngest Formula 1 racer to win the championship !
But first, can any kind soul sponsor me and my partner. I bet you would not regret!
