Leave out All the Rest
*161008 Thursday*
Today is the best day of the weekdays for the week. Here's what happened...
All the Malays wore extra smart than usual. Enterprise module and had UT before that. Our plan was on the verge of being canceled. Had to make sure that the plan will still go on, so, had a discussion/meeting with each other during the first break. Can see that almost everyone was thinking real deep to resolve this problem. Also, it is hard to think when the stomach is empty. Few minutes have past and we all came to a decision and everything is settled, for now.

Lesson goes on as per normal. We proceed with the plan during our second break. Autobots, roll out! First time Zee partial. Sorry Zee for making you do this. It is okay to do this kind of thing once in a while but not all the time! Also, I would like to apologize to my team. Some of us went separate ways after that but we will meet up again later. Went to see the Hip Hop showcase. Really nice moves made by them. Meet up with the rest again then off we go.

Took the bus to Syazni's house. Slack there for a while. We watched a classic show there, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle II.HaHa. Total Classic. Ate some nice kueh there. I was tired and sleepy, so, took a very short nap while waiting for Syaz to get ready. Nearly 1 hour later, we moved to the next house at Yishun which is Zee's. Went there just to wait for her to change her outfit. Her parents was not at home so cannot enter her house yet. Waited under her block.

After that, headed to Jurong which is where Wanie lives. Had a smooth ride there. Oh ya, we watched the Linkin Park Live in Texas DVD in Syaz's Car. Syukri, Caliph and I were singing to their songs. Their songs kind of brings me back to my primary school years. It has been quite some time since I listen to their songs but the weird thing is I still remember most of the lyrics!! Syuk and me were singing like crazy at the back of the car. I think that irritates Zee. Sorry. HaHa. Ate spaghetti at Wanie's house which her mum had prepared for us. I got to pity Caliph. The spaghetti was a little bit spicy and he could not stand it. Poor him. Got to train him to eat spicy food! HaHa. Wanie changed her outfit, which match with Syazni's. LOL! Inside joke. HaHa.

Next, to Yishun back, again. Took the same route as the earlier one. BUT, this time, there was a massive traffic jam. Every few minutes, we asked, ' Where are we? ' Same answer were given, 'Jurong'. We were stuck there for god knows how long. It was damn long! Everyone was already tired of sitting in the car. Tired to sing also. Talk to each other to keep our self awake. Everyone was relieved after we had past the traffic jam. Potato chips were the 'kueh' for us at Zee's house.HaHa. Then we ate 'ikan asam pedas'. It was first time that Caliph eat that. Caliph, for the past 17 years of your life, you have miss one of a delicious dish. Luckily it is not that spicy. HaHa.

It was already quite late when we headed to Syukri's house next, which is at Bendemeer. First time I got a friend who lives at Bendemeer. He told me that from there, there are a lot of places you can get to, short cuts and stuff. Woodlands cannot, right Syuk? HaHa. I was very tired when we reached there but I try hard to keep my eyes open. There is one unique thing I found that his little sister has. Cool.

Last house, my house. Lucky for that. Can sleep after my friends leave. It was super late when we reached my house. Not to forget, we got school the next day. My mum prepared for them quite a few dishes. I am a little bit surprise that they still can eat! Stomach not full after eating all the foods before coming my house? It is good that they can still finish everything. After filling our stomach, we chill awhile and Syuk and Syaz introduced a game to us, called Johnny Woosh. Had a quite hard time to solve it even after they make it damn obvious. LOL! They left at 12+. Accompany them to the car park.

On behalf of the rest, I got to thank Syazni for the transportation and also sending us all back. Thanks a lot dude! Syaz, next year there will be a few more drivers. Photos will be uploaded after I have receive them.

*171008 Friday*

Early in the morning already my stomach keep yelling at me. Yesterday I already ate a lot but the next day I am super hungry. I am not sure why. I was sleeping in the bus when suddenly, Wanie sms and told me that she is also hungry!I decided to do a research on this. I am hungry PLUS damn sleepy!! What a good combo! But I think, Syaz's combo is more worst than mine. Poor him.

Great Comeback
Just finished watching soccer matches. Guess what?
Liverpool FC WON!!! Woohoo!! They made a come back from behind, AGAIN!!
This is not their first, not second, not third but FIFTH time this season!!
Thanks to the winning goal of Dirk Kuyt. Second time he did that.
Atletico Madrid next, for Champions League. Then Chelsea for the Premier League.
Liverpool FC will be ready!!!
What I learnt from this is we should keep on playing, even if we are losing at the moment, until the final whistle is blown. You will never know what the final outcome will be.
Never give up and never to surrender!

' you're the voice I hear inside my head, the reason that I'm singing '

Anyway, it is damn fun singing with them. Kinda let the feelings all out, MCR songs some more. Should do this...EVERYDAY!!! HaHa. More people should join in. Second meeting, we present the accidental discovery. My team did about the microwave oven. One thing that made me laugh my a$$ off today was when we were in the lift. Nice singing Syazni!! LOL!! A Walk To Remember
*111008 Saturday*
Had a great time yesterday. Went house visiting with my secondary school friends! It has been a long time since I saw some of them. Looks like most of them are still doing fine. Even though some of my secondary school mate did not come, the plan must still go on!

Zahid-->Sabrina-->Shaiful-->Syahirah-->Rashid--|
Syaifuddin <-- Syahidah <-- Shafiq<-- Mazlan <--|

These are the people whose house we invaded.
First stop, Zahid's. Planned to meet there at 1pm. I thought I was late but in the end, me and the other two guys were the first to reached there. I got to say, Zahid has changed a lot! Not as skinny as before. Waited for the rest to come, except for Shafiq and Din, which we met them later on. Next, Sabrina's house. I will just quote what Luqman said because that will just sums up everything when we are at this house, ' Rezeki banyak di rumah Sabrina.'. He was right. There was quite a lot of foods being prepared by her mum. Her mum kind of force us to finish everything, in a good way that is, and that is what will happen if we go to her house every year. My hand will go out of control when there are delicious foods right in front of me and does not care if my stomach is already half full. So, all of us just ate as much as we could. I think we managed to finish half of what is being served. Good job guys. Most of us feels sleepy after that.HaHa.

In Shaiful's house, there is this cute cat which some us play with it. I like cats! Here is where we met up with Fiq and Din. Oh ya, we also watched WWE. I used to watch wrestling every night when it is being played on the TV but now, not really. Triple H still rulez!! King of the Kings. After that, is Syahirah's house. This girl has been my friend since primary school. We also get into the same secondary school. We still keep in touch. Hope our friendship will last long. Did not do much there. She got a nice guitar showcase.

Rashid's house is not that far from Syahirah's so, off to his house after that. Also, this guy live next to my block. Sorry guys, there was no one at my house so that is why you guys cannot come in. Maybe some other time. At Rashid's house, ate the noodles his mum cook. Oh, and we could not stop laughing to that funnya$, Mr.Bean.The episode we watched was funny but I think the rest of Mr.Bean's episode is not that funny. More to him being a dumba$. Crossed the bridge and went to Mazlan's house. We kind of stayed here quite long. Planned where to go next and because of the 'Saturday Night Live' show. There was one part which is damn funny till we laugh our a$ out.

We tried to catch the next show, 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?' at Shafiq's house but we were too early. We end up watching 'Pendekar Bujang Lapok' instead. Classic but still funny. Here, can see that everyone is already tired. Then went to Syahidah's house which is across. Did not know that she got a loud little brother but friendly. At first, it was Fiq who start playing games with him but in the end, all of us join him. The game we played was Hangman/Hangwoman. It was damn funny playing with him. The clues he gave...man, I could not stop laughing.

Last stop, Mr.Syaifuddin's crib. It was already 12+ if I am not wrong. Ate lontong and relax a bit there. Now, everyone is 3/4 dead. Most of us wanted to overnight there but sadly, he does not have SCV and there is a quite important match later, England vs Kazakhstan. (England won 5-1. Woohoo) Luckily there is still last bus to take to go home. Lastly, not to forget, we took photos in every house we went to. HaHa. Thanks to Mazlan's new camera and also for being the cameraman most of the time. Once a year babe. Next year, there will be few drivers on stand by.HaHa. Easier to go house visiting with own transportation. Will upload the photos we took when I am free.

*121008 Sunday*
I was looking forward to today's planned w26k house visiting but in the end, it was cancel...Haiz. Some other day maybe.

Stop When You Had Enough
*051008 Sunday*

Lesson learnt today - keep your stomach empty before going house visiting.
I am damn full / bloated right now but I will still try to continue typing. So here is what I did today...
Before I step out of the house, I ate a few prata to keep my engine going and to stop 'yelling' at me. The first house that I visited was my aunt's. She served us noodles. There is still space in my stomach so I ate some of it.Tasted nice so add some more. Next house is also my aunt's. The whole day I went to my aunts house. I cannot really remember what I ate there but I know i really fills my stomach. I can see my pants pin going to click off soon. Oh ya, and not to forget the kuehs. Every house gotta try different type of kueh.
The third house, with my stomach 3/4 full, I was being served noodles + chicken wings. Cannot resist it so just eat them. HaHa. NOW, I am totally full!! Then, there are some beautifully decorated kueh. My hand cannot help it but to take it and put it inside my mouth. Had a real hard time walking from my aunt's house to the car. The walking style is maybe a little bit like a zombie. Last house, there is this one particular dish that makes me want to eat even though I am damn full. That is.....rendang!! Suddenly the hands are not being controlled by the brain. It moves itself and feed me.
Now I am more full than full. Moving is two times harder than earlier on. Cannot take it anymore. Luckily the next stop is MY home. Watched a soccer match and then went to bed because to full to do anything.

*061008 Monday*

First day of the school week.
STOMACHACHE!!
Must be because of yesterday! Haiz.....

The Day Has Come [ Part II ]
Now to continue where I left off in the earlier post...

My mum had prepared a simple yet appetizing meal. One of the dish and a must-have is the rendang. My favorite. Every year, morning of Hari Raya, without fail, that dish will be on my dining table. It kind of lift up my spirit of Hari Raya a little bit. HaHa. *BURP* After eating, my body feels heavy and decide to choose a suitable place to land, which is my bed. Slept for awhile. When I woke up, it is time for us to go to my grandma's house.
BUT before we do that, it is time for me and my siblings to get the green packet from our dad. Wait, that is not the main thing. The seeking for forgiveness part is. Most of the time, when I am down on my knees, thinking all the wrong doings I have done to my parents, it just give me the sense of regret. I mean, sometimes I do not have enough patience to control my action/speech and vent it all on them. Nevermind, forgive and forget. Another thing is, I think there is something wrong with my mechanism for teardrops. Tears just would not fall. my tears won't fall, they crash around you. What is wrong with you Hafiz !!! But something makes my eyes watery a little bit. The tears rolling from my mum's eyes to her cheeks, during this 'forgiving session'.

Now lets put the sad moment aside and bring joy to the day. As I said earlier on, firstly went to my grandma's house (Mum's side). It has been quite some time since I visited her. Only once a year! What a 'good' grandchild I am.Haiz..
Next, went to my other grandma's house ( Dad's side). Usually there will be a lot of people there but there was a little bit of change. The amount kind of decrease a little. Not sure why. Chit chat, hear people talk, eat. That is what basically I did there. Oh ya, there was one additional person there. A French guy. My cousin's friend. Well, did not really talk much with him but it is kinda cool to have a foreigner celebrating Hari Raya with us. He actually follow us when we do the house visiting. Last stop was my house. Only one of my aunty's family came. That French guy got to taste the rendang! And it is kind of weird to see him using his hands to eat. HaHa. Not to forget the kueh-kueh that he gets to try. Sadly say, this year there are not many kueh in my house( because somebody were suppose to help but did not come! LOL!! ) After eating, we played with the sparklers/ bunga api. I am surprised that my little sister was not afraid to play it. In fact, she was the one who ask my dad to buy it! Played awhile with my sister, brother and the French guy. Want to do something stupid with the sparklers but could not think of any. Finish playing, just relax at the living room watch television.

School was awesome!! because I did not go.HaHa. Sorry guys. I may have said that I want to wear the Baju Kurung to school but in the end I did not turn up. Thousand apologies. I guess the kueh-kueh I ate yesterday have a strong dosage which makes me cannot wake up on time. To all my malay friends, bila mahu pergi jalan hari raya ?

The Day Has Come
SELAMAT HARI RAYA !!! to all Muslims. Time to celebrate, after a month of fasting. This is the time where we tighten bonds, be it with family, relatives or friends. My day started out damn early, as early as 1 am. My family decided to go Geylang at this hour because we thought that the place would not be very crowded. Also it was raining heavily that morning so I thought that people would not want to go to a crowded area with that kind of weather condition. BUT I WAS PROVEN WRONG! There was heavy traffic and it took us about 1 hour to get to the place where my dad wants to park the car. Oh ya, there's something that happen at this particular car park. Message to that person - YOU DESERVE TO BE TORTURED LIKE HOW THEY DID IN 'SAW' MOVIES! SLOW DEATH. DIE BIATCH, DIE!

Enough about that. We get a parking lot at around 2 AM and thank god it is near the bazaar. Saw some familiar faces there. One of them is the joker himself, Mr.Faris. I got a feeling you will most probably find him there at the end of the fasting month, early morning of Hari Raya. I just realised something. This year my family did not really spend much, compared to last year. Cut cost to save I guess. Walk walk, shop shop there till 4+. Reached home at 5. Later at 7+ have to go for the Hari Raya prayer. Only 2 hours of sleep!! At first, I was not planning to sleep but my eyes just could not take it. Too heavy to keep it open. Woke up at 7.30, with half my body still asleep. Got to force myself to move. No choice because I was late. Went to Sultan Mosque for prayer and for the first time, I was on time! I mean, I usually come early. Thank god there was still space for me and the weather was not hot, because of yesterday heavy rain I guess. After performing the prayer, I went home. When I reached home.....

The Adventure of Hafiz on Hari Raya Day to be continue.......
